gave me horrible muscle pain

I tried taking these pills 3 times (twice during the day and once at night) for 10 days, I don't know what it was but I had terrible muscle pain for 6 hours after taking each pill. I'm not 100% sure this is the cause, but I don't have any other obvious cause, and muscle pain like this is very rare for me, so I won't give it another chance.
