Bad picture quality in my opinion

My employer bought several monitors of this model. After a month with two of these, the picture quality isn't sharp at all (1080p). The colors don't match at all. No turning back. I'm uploading content to websites and I needed to upload an image and my designer colleague told me the image was grey-purple, but this monitor only showed purple. After checking the other screens, all the others showed the color they said = This monitor is misrepresenting colors.
