Great idea - not yet turned off!
For a product that needs to lay flat and be rolled up for travel I was very disappointed that it was delivered to me folded up in a box. It has a few creases that create a less than ideal surface to lay the puzzle on and keep the pieces nice and flat in those areas. I've tried weighing it down and have yet to try other measures to see if I can smooth out or at least reduce the wrinkles. I taped the edges of the quartz island to complete a puzzle, but how awkward! Why not send in a styrofoam wrapped mailing tube?
