Children's electric swing was not easy. Initially, assembly should have been easy, but it wasn't easy. A flathead screwdriver was included, but all screws required a Phillips head. The small screws were too small for some of the holes and the big screws were too big. A clear indication that there are some quality control issues and when it comes to our children safety is of the utmost importance. After we assembled the swing and fastened all the screws, it just didn't feel and work like a quality product. The base is solid, but the egg-shaped holder, removable table, and canopy don't justify the $100 price tag. My confidence in this product has gone. The chair looks really solid and follows the instructions. The maximum load capacity is 18-19 pounds. At 14-15 pounds the chair doesn't feel solid and the weight makes the rocker slow down. The table is great, but once secured it can easily slide. It doesn't snap and the light feels dim. One of my favorite features is the electronic dashboard. I like that it has a built in music playlist. It also has Bluetooth capability to play music from your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. The synchronization was easy and the volume of the music is sufficient. There are 5 swing settings, a timer and support for USB devices. This model comes with a remote control that works best when you are 2-3 feet away from the product. I replaced the battery but the battery range has not improved. This swing has a lot of potential and again the best part is the electronics. I have serious safety concerns about the design, assembly and pivoting of this product. This kids swing is a disappointment given its current price of $129; a better product should be offered.
