Like. I bought another version of these shelves a few months ago and they have been really helpful. So useful that I decided to buy a second device. When the item arrived I realized I was missing parts so I called Revain customer service. The girl was very apologetic and helpful. She immediately sent me a replacement and emailed me a return label. I received my replacement unit today and I have to say it's even better than the set I bought 3 months ago. Plastic is much stronger. Overall I am very happy with the product but also impressed with the customer service that Revain provides.
