You don't always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you can use now.
Should actually be a new brush but turned out to be used. However, it wasn't as "used" as the one I've been using for 2+ years. I replaced my old brush with this one and will continue to use it as it is in much better condition than the old one. The brushes are not stiff, they are very soft, splayed and worn out just like my old one. The only difference is that they are longer and have a little more life in them. I cleaned my carpets and they are nice and clean. I just have to order another one soon and have the carpets cleaned again in 3 months instead of 6. Only 2 elderly retirees live here so they don't get too dirty.
