No heel support
The shoes looked great and were very light, but there was a major design flaw. There is absolutely no support at the top of the foot, mainly at the heel. Also, the sole of the shoe is also very thin on the back of the foot, allowing you to feel each of the shoe's "support points". Due to this pretty serious problem of heels getting stuck in the concrete with every step, I'm sending them back and giving them one star.
