The first monitor I bought was $99 and at $99 it's worth it. The second monitor I bought was $150 and I spent so much to have two monitors of the same model on my desk but nothing about this monitor costs $150. It wasn't until I bought a new one and put it next to my old one that I realized how much it had faded in just a year. Nearby, the new one was almost twice as bright as the old one. I think when they are new the color is nice and the picture quality is good, but they don't last very long and are very poorly made. They shake so much that if my knee hits the table, I'm worried that my monitor will break. Thats so bad. They wobble like thick paper. Until I bought a new one, I didn't realize how much these monitors dim over time, otherwise I would never have bought a second one, especially for $150. As I put the new one next to my old one, I noticed how dim the screen got and how much the screen flickered when it was exactly a year old. If you don't see it on sale for $100 or less, buy something else. You definitely get something better for your money. They're not that bad I guess. They work and they're not completely dead, but I'm sure you'll find something much better for the same price or less.
