Well made and warm. Suitable for accessories

This is a very well made hat. It's a "tube" with a string at one end. Kinda cool. So you use it as a neck warmer or as a hat. When you tighten the laces, it closes one end and it becomes a (slouch) hat. It's well made and warm.
