The ease of use for both our internal team members as well as clients has been very easy with Newsmonitor. There is no worry about compatibility issues because it works so well with all systems! I have not found anything really that could be improved. It would be awesome if we had more control over some sections of the site. But other than this there are many different features to explore and try out. With Newsmonitor you can focus your time and effort much better in actually doing things instead of constantly trying to figure out what might possibly go wrong next. We get daily alerts from several sources including Twitter feeds which allows us to track important stories across multiple channels quickly and easily using one console.
