I bought two red suspenders and bow ties from this company. I requested a two day delivery due to the circumstances (funeral). The products arrived on time. However, I did not check the groceries before embarking on our 14 hour journey to see my grandfather's burial. One of the products was perfect. It looked great and worked perfectly. The second item, a bow tie, practically fell apart and the suspender clips were broken. I ended up throwing it in the trash. When trying to replace an item, they requested an old item. I don't have $15 and no product. Edit: After writing this review, the company sent a replacement and sent a letter of apology. I understand that some things are out of their control when it comes to Revain's replacement policy. Thanks again.
