Firstly the goods arrived intact and well sealed, so the delivery was very satisfactory. I give the end result 5 stars but there are a few things I didn't like about the product.1. The instructions on the actual container differed from the list in the following ways: a. The listing said to rinse the product but the container said to rinse lightly, I could not get an answer as to what "easily" meant exactly after asking for an answer. b. The listing says to iron 10-15 times while the container says iron only but doesn't say how many passes to do.2. I understand why you shouldn't touch your scalp with this product because it had an effect on my hands, they were dry and rough and when I wet them they looked watery and wrinkled, this effect lasted 4-5 days after application. Applying product to my hair so I will definitely use gloves next time.3. The last thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get an answer as to when I can apply semi permanent hair color, nobody answered me after I contacted the company directly. So I applied my color before I did the botox process. I used a color that was 1-2 shades darker than I normally use so that when I shampoo my hair to remove residue it doesn't affect the final result of my color. I did everything in the same day. I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner first, then applied semi-permanent color and washed it off. I then washed my hair with an anti-residue shampoo, then applied botox and followed the directions as far as I could understand. Again, I did this at my own risk and it turned out great, although I would NOT do it with a permanent color. After using it, my hair became very beautiful, but I wanted to wait until the first day of washing before leaving a review. I'm transitioning from relaxed to natural hair and wanted something to help me with the two different textures as I haven't used a relaxer in over a year and I'm new 4-6 inches; Let me just say my hair was so manageable after washing, my new growth was still very textured but soft and easy to comb. I love how my hair has turned out and will use this product again.
