Broke first use but passed the 30 day return window. WTF?
I really don't know what to say. I have used these ladders for years and the last one lasted about 7 years. For over $400 I don't think this should happen. 3rd to last rung would lock into place (super important), I pulled a little harder and it just popped out.Can't get it back in, ladder now useless.

- The weight capacity might not be enough for some heavy-duty construction or maintenance jobs
