Review on BrandChirps by Brian Kingsford

I like how easy it was for me to find all my competitors using their search feature. It's also very simple to use once you get used to it. There are some features which could be improved upon but overall this tool has been great so far! The only thing I dislike about Brand Chirp is that sometimes when searching for keywords in certain industries there may not be any results returned. This can lead to frustration if your looking for information on your industry specifically. Using Brand Chirp we were able to easily see what our competition was up too.
