Bought before my kittens were neutered, expected size as an alternative to e-collars/shadow collars. The kittens take care of each other and I needed something to cover the interface. The material is light and breathable and I love that the rear leg loops also adjust to actual body length. Closes securely. The neck opening is wide and I may see some panels on the collar to make it smaller as my surgery date nears and I'll see the final fit (for now they can pull their front legs out of the neck opening). Craftsmanship/stitching is what I expected at this price point. I would expect them to withstand 7-10 periods of recovery and gentle hand washing just fine, but they are not as durable as surgical suits which are designed for repeated/long term use.
