Both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 can write at 10 Mb/s. It takes around three megabytes per second to write a group of files that are each about a megabyte in size. Having these drawbacks: From the front, it appears that the flash drive is made entirely of metal with a small plastic eye. However, the back of the flash drive, which is hidden by the packaging, is composed of two thirds plastic. This significantly undermines the reliability image created by the product. If the casing were constructed entirely of metal, then the issue with overheating wouldn't have occurred till a little bit later:)
