The bad reviews seem to come from people who don't understand how to use Eminence products. I have had professional facials using these products for years and they are just amazing. This scrub is a rough scrub, no need to rub hard, let it work for you. If you have sensitive skin, don't rub too long and don't use it too often. I have sensitive and oily skin and use it weekly if not twice a week in combination with two other Eminence products. Sometimes my skin is pink and calms down within 15 minutes. In the end, my pores become shiny and smaller and my face glows. I've had rashes/allergic reactions to several OTC face products and have never had any negative reactions from Eminence.
