I work in IT and this is one of the worst customization products. a) It is not easy to establish a WiFi connection. In fact, I can't even connect it to the wifi. b) The program throws a lot of errors when trying to connect to the scanner. c) You must delete something to even try. I got this refurbished for 200 and even for 200 this thing works better like a charm. It's not like this. I feel sorry for those who bought it at full price. Don't waste time, take something else.

The scanner works great if you only need a wired connection. My wireless network could not be connected and EPSON support was not helpful. I have multiple printers, laptops, and other devices connected to my wireless network, but the Epson scanner won't connect.

Update: The third device that arrived was connected by an IT company. It works fine but not when I initiate a scan from a scanner. I'm still not increasing the number of stars it gets. One of Epson's claims with this product is that you can scan a stack of receipts and financial information is extracted and exported to Quickbooks. This is standard tech company crap designed to trick you into buying the product and blaming yourself for not setting it up properly long enough to get past the return window.
