I work in IT and this is one of the worst customization products. a) It is not easy to establish a WiFi connection. In fact, I can't even connect it to the wifi. b) The program throws a lot of errors when trying to connect to the scanner. c) You must delete something to even try. I got this refurbished for 200 and even for 200 this thing works better like a charm. It's not like this. I feel sorry for those who bought it at full price. Don't waste time, take something else.
