AWESOME SCANNER Best in Office Electronics

I bought this scanner for my doctor's office and it produces crisp, detailed images that I can scan straight into the patient chart. It's worth the money and I'm glad I got it.

This is great, but sometimes my custom settings stop working and .

I have had this product for many years. For the most part this is great, but sometimes my custom settings stop working and I find it difficult to set them up again. No paper troubleshooting guide.

It broke the day after it was returned.

worked great but suddenly stopped. Very disappointing that this happened on day 31 and there is no way to be happy with this product.

Your copier does the same job.

It is stated that only the driver is meant in the software package. The scanned image in the document is not filled in. It also doesn't have a size profile for a standard ID card, giving you a scanned image the size of a postal envelope. It will scan your ID, but that's useless for our purposes.
