From the product description I thought that your software could automatically sort documents and send them to QuickBooks. And just like my printer can print from multiple computers, I figured this scanner could scan from multiple computers. Guess I was wrong on both counts? I called Epson technical support. I spent almost an hour on the phone before finally speaking to someone in person. Long story short, I was told I would have to spend an additional $400 to get their multi-computer network device to work, and I've never been able to get any decent answers about the software and QuickBooks. BIG waste of time. I'll be back.
