2 problems with the case. 1. The magnet is very weak, I am worried that a wonderful one will fall out while holding it. 2. There is no groove where the handle goes, allowing the case to lie flat. I bought an extra case with a pen liner so I don't lose it, but when I use a pen a lot I just want to be able to put it on its side. To improve the design I would add a magnet on the back and also make the magnet on the side stronger. I would also make a groove on the side where the handle snaps in and also improve the design of the pen holder to make it easier to insert and remove the pen.
