So far this system has exceeded expectations in every way. PROS: - high quality - very reasonably priced - detailed instructions with access to a short video on how to unbox and install - excellent customer service and communication before and after the sale - free stuff (like really FREE, not just overpriced and what they call "free") CONS: - The base/stand for our monitor was slightly different than the instruction video. I saw another reviewer say they sent theirs back because they couldn't figure out how to attach the base and thought they did something wrong. It only took me a minute to figure this out, but I can see where it can be confusing. There is a small unscrew handle to connect the base to the monitor and then screw back in place. Just a warning if you get yours and get in trouble! This is definitely one of those purchases that I wish I had made many years ago. We bought it for our truck, mainly to help hitch a trailer to see the ball. And also to install a second camera on the back of our toy camper van so we can see behind us as we tow our big trailer. The 23ft cable was enough for our extended cab, the Chevy 2500 long bed. All the parts and details are very well made, the video is very clear. I just made a request for our freebies but based on other reviews I'm confident that they will be received promptly and in the same quality as the first part. kit. I contacted the seller prior to the sale to confirm what kit we would need. They were quick to respond and didn't try to enforce the most expensive kit offered which was much appreciated! I would recommend this set to anyone and probably will!
