I like that it allows me to keep up with all of my clients and their projects without having to have a physical office space nearby. It's also very user friendly and there are no complicated features to learn or use. It would be nice if you could set reminders to remind you about upcoming deadlines but this can be done manually. Keep in mind that most of our team uses Outlook and Outlook has a tendency to not sync correctly with the server. We've been able to resolve this issue by using multiple client devices to access the same file at the same time. This has helped us manage the project load better and our team is more efficient because we don't have to rely solely on one person.
