I ordered 1. 1 and after about a week or so it just didn't arrive. It worked and I put it on the charger, took it off and it was a blank screen, when we got it we had trouble setting it up. It took a while to get it working and I felt like it wasn't right. After playing around with it for a few hours, we got it working, but it wasn't loading properly. It was very slow. So I signed up for an exchange, I was concerned about getting the same 1 but decided to give it a try anyway. You could see it getting a lot better, it loaded properly and the touchscreen was good and so far so good. I'll let you guys know how it works in a few weeks. The next day they sent me the 2.1 which was great for my granddaughter so she didn't have to go without it for long. I think it's time for Kolya to return the 1. 1, I would like it closer, but the exchange went well. Thanks, Revane, for not causing trouble. karen
