I plugged in the XQ-50 Pro and immediately paired it with my Win10 tablet. I played the first song and saw that the lyrics on the display were in Chinese. I went to the xDuoo website and read the forums. A firmware update was listed as a "fix" for the problem. I installed the DfuWizard software and downloaded the latest firmware 1.6. After that I had to reconnect the XQ-50. Suddenly my tablet asks for a PIN to connect. THE? There is no PIN and it was not assigned when I downloaded the new firmware. The instructions are in Chinese and I searched all over the internet for a possible PIN. Vain. I tried pairing my computer and phone and each device asked for a PIN so I couldn't connect anything. I went back to the DfuWizard software and downloaded firmware 1.4 which was also downloaded. Pairing the device afterwards was no problem and I reconnected it after a few minutes. TEXT STILL IN CHINESE!. This product is a great piece of hardware crippled by incompetent software. A simple menu to change language settings would be too easy. I spent hours trying to solve the problem. If xDuoo doesn't answer my question on the forum within a few days, the case will be sent back to Revain.
