I started with 5 packs of "braids" from another seller. I usually buy 6 packs for around $20-$25. The description says five packs is more than enough to put together a full head of medium braid. My daughter's braids are a little smaller than average and I was running out of hair so I had to shop around to get the exact color match to what we already had. Thank god it came together perfectly. The other hair was trash and it definitely wasn't a "big braid". This hair was easy to manage, arrived quickly, was good value and is definitely the "giant braid" I'm used to.
