Nice inserts that are nice to the touch but not very fluffy. If you require a flexible flat pillow please order the exact size of your cover. If you want a plump/perky look, purchase this insert at least 2 inches larger than your cap size. I have an 18" thick wool case with a canvas back. Tried both 18" and 20" earbuds. The 18" couldn't take the heavy case and looked kind of sad and flat. The 20" barely hold up. Next time I'll go with the 22" to get the full look with a case of this weight.
