Great product and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 3 of these barcode readers and encountered an issue with some barcodes where they ran a strange code when scanned and they messed up the checkout system. I contacted Symcode customer service and in less than 24 hours I was contacted by Mr. n Carl and I explained the problem to him. I sent them a video demonstration of the problem and two days later Mr. Carl emailed me with a special barcode which I scanned and my problem was solved. I have to say I was impressed with their customer service which is the most important thing! Highly recommended
