The packaging was badly creased and the product didn't look new or at least could have been opened before I received it. The speaker itself is of good quality and has a much better sound than the hazy Bose and Jbl sounds. After being used repeatedly in rooms of different sizes, the speaker has proven that it fills any space perfectly. This only slightly reduces the sound quality at maximum volume from both the speaker and the device (most often songs emphasize the bass of the speaker). The only downside is that there is no pause button on the speaker, only next and previous buttons. Using volume up/down as fast forward/rewind is also a bit finicky and needs to be measured when you're increasing the volume, not just changing songs.
