I like that it is easy to use for both our internal team as well as clients! The fact that we've been able to leverage this software without any training at all has made us more efficient than ever before. Our customers have also benefitted from this tool because they can easily see what their next steps will be with each client's request or approval. We used KEPO for about two years before switching over to Prodpad. While there were some features within KEPO that did not work so well (such as adding attachments to documents), overall ProdPad was much better suited to our needs - primarily because we could create multiple tabs and save those tabs for later reference/use.
