It was excruciating because I ordered next day delivery and received it just two days later. BUT now that I have it, it works great! I have a 1st Gen Surface Pro, not an RT, so I need a combo that only uses one USB for the keyboard and mouse. OR I need a USB hub for all of this as these tablets only have one USB port. This tablet runs Windows 8.1 and required no updates or installations. The keys are really quiet, but still give you enough movement to let you know you're typing accurately. Really cool. There were no batteries included with this set as the description says, but I did have batteries for them at home. In addition, I like that not only the mouse has a small mini-USB slot that can be hidden during transport, but also the keyboard has a small area where the batteries are located. Very convenient. Also, I have small hands and the mouse fits my hand well, which is nice. I would definitely recommend this combo to other tablet users who don't want to pay 100 and something for the keyboards that come with it, although the originals are nice to use as screen protectors when traveling. But this set is great if you love gaming. I play Skyrim in low quality on my tablet and then bought it to hopefully play WOW for the first time. I'm not a big player so I don't need much. I would not recommend using these tablets, keyboards and the like if you are a serious gamer.
