Low price and quality

Bought to replace my Logitech wireless keyboard (loved it but it was $2 cheaper - and feels like $15 less) - Keys often get stuck, resulting in typos and misspellings - Buttons don't respond to touch (you have to press them very carefully) - No "hotkeys" for things like volume/mute, opening a browser, opening email, calculator, etc. (you have to use the Fn key like on your laptop or directly access applications (browser, mail, calculator) - Also poor ergonomics (not that it should be) - The…

Both products are defective

I bought this set in March 2017. The mouse has worked for less than a year. After about four months it started to lag and then accidentally stopped working. I contacted the company, they said I would have to pay shipping and then they would replace it. Shipping was almost the same price as a new mouse itself. I'm glad I didn't as 14 months after purchasing this set the wireless keyboard won't turn on after changing the battery. I hardly used this keyboard, it was only used as part of our living

Great price but doesn't work on my computer.

Maybe it was just my hardware I tried to use it on but I couldn't get it to work stably. Sometimes the mouse just stops responding. it will crawl uncontrollably to the top of the page. There were no drivers on their website so I emailed them. They were very responsive and gave me a link to the files. I downloaded them and they worked fine for a day then the same thing happened. I had to uninstall and reinstall drivers every time this happened. It got to the point where I was deleting what I…

You get what you pay for.

I have doubts about this product. The keyboard can be very good. It's very comfortable and doesn't require much pressure when typing. But sometimes when I go back, the cursor suddenly jumps back 3 words and I get rid of what I didn't mean to get rid of. And it happens that the keys stick and I have 3 blank pages because I didn't catch them in time. And a mouse. strange. Sometimes he decides he doesn't want to click. It moves but refuses to click anything. So I have to angrily click many times…

Recommendation: do not buy!

I have two computers on my desk. Both machines have lots of cables and make my office look messy and ugly. I came up with the idea of replacing the mouse and keyboard with wireless options. I found this product and thought I was perfect. I've used it and this is my opinion: Features1. Wireless keyboard and computer mouse.2. Five button wireless mouse.3. Full size US keyboard with numeric keypad.4. Spill-resistant keyboard Who for: Both products are suitable for people who need a clean desk…

A very good combo. - Computer Accessories and Peripherals

It was excruciating because I ordered next day delivery and received it just two days later. BUT now that I have it, it works great! I have a 1st Gen Surface Pro, not an RT, so I need a combo that only uses one USB for the keyboard and mouse. OR I need a USB hub for all of this as these tablets only have one USB port. This tablet runs Windows 8.1 and required no updates or installations. The keys are really quiet, but still give you enough movement to let you know you're typing accurately…

I LOVE this keyboard and mouse combo

When I finally got around to setting up my home office, I initially settled on the regular brand keyboards and mice my business used. I guess I wasn't reading and guessing well enough because once I started typing it was frustrating. When I was on the phone, people would always ask me if I was "angrily typing" because the keystrokes had to be almost as hard as they were on my antique Remington typewriter, and letters were still often skipped. The mouse was fine. Eventually I got fed up and…

Not bad for the price

First, let's talk about the merits of this mouse/keyboard set. They both connect to the same USB dongle, which leaves an extra free port on your computer compared to most other wireless setups. Both have auto-off/sleep functions so you don't have to worry about turning them on/off to save battery. The keyboard has good key spacing for ease of use, and the mouse has all the buttons you could possibly need. However, the best thing is the price. I encourage you to find another wireless mouse and…

Worst computer hardware I've ever used.

BUY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND. The keyboard is the worst keyboard I've ever used. Not only does it feel weak, but the keys get stuck all the time, especially my left ctrl key. When I say I'm stuck, I mean I have to stuff something under the key and pull it out again. It's been like this since day one, nothing has been spilled or stuck the keys. I often skip keystrokes because the design forces you to hit a dead center key to successfully press a key to enter, so…

You have to press the keys harder, and sometimes MUCH harder.

A regular keyboard for the price but I'm used to a more sensitive keyboard so I have problems with spaces and missing letters. I'm an experienced blind machinist so that shouldn't be a problem. I'll give it a few more days and if it doesn't get better I'll switch it to something else. UPDATE: The company saw my review and offered to fix the issue. I suggested they send me a replacement keyboard, which they did, and sent me a prepaid label to return the old one. It still requires more effort…
