I've been buying these socks for 4 years now. and was so glad to find them again because they are very comfortable no commitment and I can adjust them to a six foot woman's height! They do however have what I consider a manufacturing defect! I had the same problem when I ordered the black ones earlier this year! There are ridges on the inside at the bottom of the heel where the foot meets the heel. Five (5) out of six (6) socks won! I'll risk it and leave them because the threads won't break, and now I need really comfortable socks. Hopefully my toes won't get caught in the driftwood. One might think that the manufacturer has already fixed this. I reported the problem after my previous order!
