The ability for us as an organization to track our work with clients so we know where they're at in their process before submitting them is amazing - it's not always easy getting people excited about tracking progress but this tool has been instrumental when working through issues of scope or changes needed from client side. I wish there was more flexibility around how often you could update your status/progress (we need some way of giving ourselves time off without being penalized) which would be helpful during busy times like now. We've used other tools over the years however none have offered what RIB can do! Tracking milestones between multiple parties involved across different locations makes things much easier than trying to keep up via email alone! The ease of use with no technical knowledge required is amazing. It was very easy for me as well as my team members to get started using it. Nothing in particular I dislike about this software but there's nothing exceptional either. As long as you're happy without having any dislikes, then go ahead and try using it! We have been able to track our business performance and provide real time analysis.
