First of all I want to say that I think 99% of the reviews on Amazon lately are just those who want to leave negative reviews! Luckily even after reading the reviews despite the negative ones I felt this soap dish was cheap enough to take a chance so I decided to order this soap dish based on how it looked and where I wanted it ! After my bathroom was gutted. and remodeled in an art deco style, my tile specialist forgot to install the ceramic soap dish that I bought to install along with the tile in my bathtub wall. My bathroom is Art Deco/1920s. I saw this one and I liked the way it looked. I read the reviews and a lot of people said it won't stick to their bathroom walls. So I ordered it, despite what I've read, it was on my porch a day and a half after ordering, I read the simple instructions (whoever said broken English instructions are difficult to understand shouldn't use English as Read your native language!) Delivered, unpacked and read the fitting instructions! Easy peasy Lemon Squezy! It takes the weight of my bar of soap, won't budge from the steam from the shower, and I even banged my knee in the shower and it didn't budge solved !Follow the instructions, it will stick! If you can't follow the instructions, use Gorilla Glue! What can I say, it's not rocket science, it works, it works! Attractive and functional!
