If you had to write a short description on how a binder is used, how would you write it?"You open the rings and put paper onto the rings," you might say. And you'd be right.The problem with THIS binder is that the rings don't actually open as they should. You pull the tabs apart and nothing happens. Sure, you can pull the rings apart with your hands, but that's not how it's supposed to work and is a great way to break the product even more than it already was when it shipped to me.
