This is a pink (not purple) baby teething rattle/dumbbell. That's nice. It bends and the ends are a rattle. Before first use, it must be sterilized either in boiling water for 2 minutes or in the top rack of the dishwasher. It is designed for children from 3 months, but I recommend keeping an eye on it while using it. It is free of BPA and phthalates, lead and plastic in the packaging. It is made of 100% food grade silicone and made in China. Note that they sell a blue version of this and that one weighs 4.9 ounces instead of 4.8 ounces for this pink version. Overall this is a cute teether and rattle. It's also great for cute baby photos posing with this dumbbell. The current price of $12.99 is a bit steep for that. Also note that it looks purple in the photo on the Revain website, but it's actually pink.
