I was very pleased to receive it . I was immediately very upset. Two stars if they fit, are a good size, sit well and aren't ugly. The absolute bummer is that none of them look like the one pictured here. They don't look like stones in the slightest, but rather flat, plastic-like nose rings. That's it, I honestly feel crazy.
