This shower head is easy to install thanks to the instructions. However, I was surprised that most of it is plastic. Looks like metal, but it's not. The kit includes everything you need to install the shower head, including tape. My old shower head was starting to fail so I needed a new one. I love that it had a fixed shower head as well as a handheld shower head. In the shower you can use both shower heads or just one. I like the different settings available. However, you must have very good water pressure to use both heads (which I don't have). Otherwise, you can only use one at a time (which defeats the purpose of getting that shower head). I like the 6 foot hose. It's just the right length (great for shower cleaning). This is a good plastic shower head. It looks good with great features. I gifted this shower head to a family member who has heavy water pressure.
