Review on 📷 eufy Security Floodlight Cam with 1080p Resolution, 2-Way Audio, No Monthly Fees, 2500-Lumen Brightness, Weatherproof Design - Requires Existing Outdoor Wiring and Weatherproof Junction Box by Nathan Tsugawa

Let me first say that I know eufy cares a lot about their customers so I hope they read this and leave feedback. I recently bought a wired video intercom, eufy Cam E with three cameras, a system and a spotlight camera. Installation was pretty easy. Three issues with the Spotlight Camera.1. The WiFi range is not as good as other devices. I'm lucky I don't need an extension at the moment, but it's close. This video intercom is the closest of any camera and has the weakest Wi-Fi signal yet.2. Does not use homebase storage. Not sure how this will affect future usage, but wouldn't it make sense to use HomeBase storage for it?3. I am very disappointed with the color of the camera. It's yellow and not bright at all. Compare in the photo that I've separated the balanced color and sharpness of Cam E and Floodlight. To be honest I think the spotlight looks terrible for $200. There has to be some way to white balance the camera or some sort of automatic white balance. The color balance on the RING is MILES ahead of the spotlight eufy cam. Another small issue at this stage is motion detection. Seems very short but I know I have to work on it to make it as good as possible. But this color. POOH! Another issue is that when I got my three-camera Cam E system, one of the three cameras was only connected to Wi-Fi within three feet of the homebase. eufy sent a prepaid envelope to send it back and I think they are replacing it. Just take a look. Overall, my experience with eufy/anker products has been "satisfactory" at best. --- UPDATE after Eufy replied directly to me after posting this review ----- So I know you usually hear bad things about companies and their products on social media. This time I will share a good one. I have purchased several items from Eufy to provide security monitoring in my home. Spotlight cam, wired video intercom, set of three e-cams, about $700 total. Everything went well with purchase, shipping and mostly assembly. There are two problems here. 1. In a set of three E cameras, one of the cameras did not receive a signal more than 2-3 feet from the base base. 2. The color of the video on Floodlight Cam during the day was not what I expected. It was very "yellow" with no white balance option. Regarding the faulty camera, EI received a prepaid return label and shipped the camera back to Eufy. They sent me a replacement camera for free via expedited shipping. This worked as expected. Regarding the Floodlight camera disappointment, they told me that the engineers always work to ensure their products meet customer expectations and because they didn't meet my expectations, they offered a free Cam 2C camera. I accepted the offer and will install it today. Each time, I received a personalized response from Eufy that was specific and relevant to my concerns. They have NEVER done their products justice. They owned every problem and in my opinion went above and beyond to solve the problems. No company or product will ever be perfect or meet everyone's needs or expectations. BUT what customers really want is a company that is responsive, listens to problems and concerns, and develops solutions based on the needs of the customer and not the needs of the company. Even if it means they could lose money in the short term. From my point of view, Eufy has done everything and that, together with constant research and development and innovation, will make it one of the best home security products on the market. Thanks Yufi
