Good formula, a bit messy.
Very runny and sloppy - I like the formula because it's not clumpy or gooey, it's so runny that it goes everywhere when I try to apply it - on my eyelid, under my eye , it 's just a mess . The formula stays put, doesn't smudge or leave raccoon eyes, and my lashes fluff up nicely - I just want them to be a bit thicker so that application doesn't leave mascara stains on my eyes.
