Unlike most USB-C chargers I've used, this one delivers a full 20V (19.4VDC) at 1.5A (see image). This is the full 30 watt output of the device, so this device will regulate the power up to the maximum it is capable of depending on what the device is looking for. Most other devices reduce both voltage and current to the point where they no longer charge the computer. So I am very happy with this charger. It will not fully charge your MacBook Pro 2019 if you run many programs at the same time. This requires a power of 60 watts. But it supports it as best it can and then charges it fully when not in use or asleep. That's enough for my use so it's my travel charger now. It's much lighter and fits my travel needs perfectly.
