Review on ParkSol by Bill Karanth

The customer service is fantastic! I have never had any issues with them at all, they are always very prompt in responding to my emails or calls when problems arise. They also do not charge for initial set up of software (which can be costly) but after that it's free forever. There really isn't anything bad about this product, if you're looking to automate your lot then look no further. We were using another program before we started working with them and there was so much manual input required into each space which made us lose time. With parksol though we don't need to worry about that anymore because everything is done automatically by our system.
