Doesn't stay connected to Bluetooth!

If it stayed connected with Bluetooth this would be the perfect case. The battery is fully charged, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth many times, and my iPad's operating system is up to date. The trackpad is a bit sensitive, but it's easy to use it when needed while typing turn off. This is my second with this problem. Hate I have to return a second time and won't buy again :(
