No wonder reviewers talk so much about the picture quality of this camera, it really is that good. Obviously I'm really impressed with this camera, but for good reason. It's inexpensive, includes built-in jitter reduction, and better yet, it actually produces fantastic images. I haven't tried zooming beyond 8x10, but I suspect that with a little work on my part, this camera could produce much larger prints. Despite the megapixel race in the DSLR market leading to higher and higher quality cameras starting at 10MP and up, I think there is room for a beautiful, light, durable, compact and functional camera. Personally, I can't tell the difference between 10MP and 6MP at 8x10, and I remember when high-end professional DSLRs ran at 6MP (not that long ago). Nikon and Pentax are the last companies to offer good entry-level 6MP models, and that's kind of a shame. When 6 megapixels look as good as they come out of this camera, you don't worry about the number of pixels, you just look at the printouts and murmur "WOW!".
