I love how simple it was to set up my first import from Salesforce into our CRM system, even with little knowledge of SQL or programming at all! It did not come without its own challenges though - mainly related to security permissions for users in both systems (Salesforce & flatfiles). If you're looking just get an admin account setup so they can do most everything themselves while we work out some kinks as well have them go over any questions before implementation if needed. We were able solve many issues by using this tool including being more efficient overall when dealing w/ importing large amounts of records. This has been very helpful since one person now handles about half the amount of tasks previously requiring several people's attention / time each week. The benefits include increased efficiency across teams which translates directly back towards cost savings. Our team works remotely throughout US locations.
