works! I recently ordered this when my fan motor died on a 2004 Volvo S80. After scouring the local auto parts stores where stocks were low and prices significantly higher, a family friend who was an experienced mechanic suggested I check ebay and Revain. I found this item and the mechanic advised me to order it. It got through Prime quickly and was easy to install. no side effects or problems so far (after 30 days of air conditioning and heating). Installed early September 2020 and written early October 2020. I will report here if anything changes. I gave the "easy to install" question 5 stars because you just plug this part in, but technically to access the duct, take things apart and put things back together (etc.), it takes quite a few time and effort. but this effort had nothing to do with the fact that the subject was difficult to work on. gratitude
