This is a very cheap non-original fan. OEs are much more expensive, so far so good. Noisy at first speed but as you increase the fan speed it goes away. Hope it lasts over a year. It's a pain in the back to have it replaced.

The part turned out to be decent quality, but after 40 days the motor started to chirp. Now, after about 2 months, the fan loses speed and gets loud. I know this is a secondary market but I expected to last at least a few years there. not months.

Installed a week ago to replace a dying TYC assembly. Luckily I kept the original as this device requires reusing the original case as the TYC case is not compatible. like the original fan before the bearings came out. The TYC fan was always slower than this and only lasted about 6 months before slowing down even further (to the point where the full speed air barely blew after a while before cooling down again).
