I liked the headset. I paid way more than it's worth now. It looks nice and nice but it is a flimsy broken POS. Their support staff force me to submit to their broken systems. For example, I bought this from Revain so I'm considered a "consumer" but the device is considered a "business". So OUT 22. I wait 45 minutes en route and hear the most annoying 'noise' of waiting only to be shuffled to another department. I thought I was a customer. no I am bored. When I finally get someone, they are carefree and don't care. Like they're doing me a favor. I thought he was talking to an AI bot and actually asked. The guy said no, but I have my doubts. Now I don't care either. I'm stuck with a headset that's not working for the fourth time out of the box. I sent 4 emails with no reply. I would give up Jabra and buy another brand. I even pointed out to them that I would post this but received no response. Maybe now? I doubt it.
